North Pointe Elementary School is a primary school located in Houston, Texas, United States, in the vicinity of NASA's Johnson Space Center. North Pointe is a K-5 school, administered by the Clear Creek Independent School District.
North Pointe opened its doors in November 1995. The school colors are red, white, and blue. The school mascot is a rocket. The school's slogan is "Educate, Equip, and Excel" and "Blasting Twards the Future." Currently (as of 2007) it has a diverse population of over 755 students and more than 80 faculty/staff members. The school's principal is Kelly Mooney, and the assistant principal is Cheryl Chaney.
The November 2001 issue of Texas Monthly magazine rated North Pointe as a "five star school."
As of 2009, North Pointe is rated exemplary.
